Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AgendaX platform you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Description of the Service

AgendaX is a SaaS (Software as a Service) appointment management platform that lets businesses manage bookings, teams, clients, payments and communications. The service includes:

  • Online booking with a smart calendar.
  • Team, service and client management.
  • A customisable public booking page.
  • Automatic email and SMS notifications.
  • Performance reports and analytics.
  • Online payment integration.
  • Stock and inventory management.

3. User Accounts

To use AgendaX you must create an account providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential, and for all activity carried out under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.

4. Trial Period and Subscriptions

AgendaX offers a 30-day free trial. After the trial you must subscribe to one of the available plans to continue using the service. Plan and pricing details are available on the pricing page.

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard.
  • After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.

5. Acceptable Use

When using AgendaX you agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal or unauthorised purposes.
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications through the platform.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
  • Copy, modify or distribute the platform's software.
  • Use the platform in a way that may harm other users.

6. Intellectual Property

All AgendaX content, code, design, logos and trademarks are the property of the company and are protected by intellectual property law. Users retain ownership of the data they enter into the platform.

7. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. We comply with LGPD and GDPR.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep AgendaX available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee 100% availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

AgendaX is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, including loss of profits, data or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms. On termination, your data is kept for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted, except where retention is legally required.

11. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or by notice on the platform at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any dispute will be settled in the competent courts of Portugal.
